Facial Recognition is now starting to play a part in today's society. Gone are the days where facial recognition only exists in the movies.
Now, a robot called There's Waldo is created to do only one task. Find Waldo.
To those who don't know who Waldo is, Waldo is a character from a book where in he has traveled all over the world. Waldo's book can help kids with the reading abilities and also help them identify things.
A robotic arm is built that is controlled by a Raspberry Pi using a Python Library. Basically the process is upload a series of images of the face you want it to recognize.
Then open the book and let the robot do it's magic. Once, it gets a 95 and above rating.
It points to the face.
