Capcom has given everyone a surprised by announcing a new Monster Hunter game. Instead of releasing the new Monster Hunter game to every platform, it's going to be a Nintendo Switch exclusive.
It isn't the first time that Capcom did this type of things since it has released many of its Monster Hunter titles on the 3DS.
It's probably nice to have a new portable Monster Hunter game since the game is perfect for playing while you're on the move.
Monster Hunter Rise is the new game that Capcom is bringing to the Nintendo Switch and it's bringing a lot of new features for everyone to enjoy.
We won't only get to enjoy hunting new monsters, but we will also have a new companion called the Palamute.
The Palamute will be the hunter's canine companion and it's going to have a variety of skills to help players with their everyday quest in the world of Monster Hunter Rise.
We also have the ability to climb up slopes and mountains much more easily. While we could climb up to objects in previous games, this feature is definitely a big improvement compared to before.
The new wirebug mechanic also gives the players increased mobility, new attack patterns, and to move vertically.
It's definitely an interesting new mechanic and we hope to see more of it in the coming months.
Since this is a new Monster Hunter title, the flagship monster for this game is called Magnamalo.
As a flagship monster, you can expect to see this dog-like monster everywhere whenever there is a promotion for Monster Hunter Rise.
In any case, Monster Hunter Rise is expected to be released on March 26, 2021 for the Nintendo Switch.
