If you have done your share of research on the ancient times, you would know that the use for molten iron can be associated with creating weapons. But in China, it’s for a whole different reason.
China, one of the biggest country in the world, has probably broken the world record of being the most resourceful country in the world.
This tradition called Da Shuhua (A Poor Man’s firework) was invented from the village of Nuanquan when the poor people from the village could not afford buying a fireworks for Chinese New Year. In Chinese Tradition, lighting fireworks symbolizes driving away evil spirits so that their new year will start right.
Someone from the village discovered that Molten Iron has the same effect when it’s thrown against the wall.
From there, these people from the village have upheld the tradition and it’s still going strong.
They say it’s dangerous if it is not handled right and if you do not know how to handle it properly.
We salute these brave men who never stand down to showcase their talent.
